Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Scheduling includes remote-work provisions (up to 3 work-from-home days monthly and up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year).
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- leadership/management experience in ABA or behavioral health
- ability to supervise clinicians and supervise RBTs
- ability to oversee assessments and develop treatment plans
- strong communication with families and professionals
