Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Remote Work Benefit includes up to 3 work-from-home days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year; schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours; almost 30 days off in Year One including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- supervision experience of RBTs
- leadership/management experience in ABA or behavioral health
- ability to oversee assessments and develop treatment plans
- compliance with regulatory requirements in behavioral health
