Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services; oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health; provide training and support on clinical techniques; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed; collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care; foster teamwork, professional development, and leadership growth within the center; role progression through multiple clinical leadership levels including Sr. BCBA and Clinical Director. Certifications and mentorship of clinicians are emphasized, with opportunities for bonuses and long-term ownership. The position involves a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with remote-work flexibility and a substantial focus on supervision of RBTs and supervision of trainees, in a center-based ABA program.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Master’s degree in ABA or closely related field
- Lead clinical team management
- Regulatory compliance knowledge in behavioral health
- Experience developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong collaboration with families and professionals
