Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary; collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure compassionate, comprehensive care. Drive leadership pathways from Center Leadership to Regional roles; participate in mentorship and supervision of RBTs and trainees; contribute to program growth, research collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Remote work is available up to 3 days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a substantial benefits package including mentorship bonuses, education support, and relocation options.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- licensure as applicable (ABA supervision experience)
- ability to supervise RBTs and trainees
- leadership experience in clinical ABA services
- compliance with behavioral health regulations
