Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Role includes mentorship of clinicians, supervision of RBTs and opportunities for long-term leadership growth within the center’s leadership track. Compensation includes a total package up to $127,000 annually with base salary, bonuses, mentorship bonuses, certification bonuses, relocation options, and extensive benefits. Remote work is available up to 3 days per month plus additional assessment-related days; schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours; strong focus on work-life balance with substantial paid time off and growth opportunities.
