Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services; oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health; provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques; monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans; collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care; foster a culture of teamwork and professional development within the center. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
