Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services, overseeing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing training and support to staff on clinical best practices. Monitor patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Foster a culture of teamwork and professional development within the center. Schedule Monday through Friday during daytime hours with manageable caseloads of up to three children. Total compensation reaches up to $127,000 annually with uncapped performance and mentorship bonuses.
