Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical practices and techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans; collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster teamwork, professional development, and leadership within the center.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- supervision of RBTs
