Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical techniques, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure compassionate, comprehensive care. Drive leadership development within the center and participate in mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional growth aligned with the center’s leadership track and collaboration with renowned clinical experts.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Experience leading clinical teams
- Supervision of RBTs and trainees
- ABA therapy experience
- Ability to mentor clinicians and supervise staff
- Compliance with behavioral health regulations and best practices
