Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with behavioral health best practices and provide training and support to staff on clinical techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed, collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Drive leadership development within the center, participate in mentorship of clinicians, and contribute to program growth. Role supports center-level leadership progression and includes remote-work options (up to 3 WFH days per month plus additional assessment-related days) and a strong emphasis on teamwork, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- Experience leading clinical ABA teams
- Supervision of RBTs
- Ability to manage caseloads and supervise clinicians
- Provide training on evidence-based ABA practices
- Strong collaboration with families and professionals
