BCBA Clinical Director

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services, overseeing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health while providing training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center, managing manageable caseloads of up to three children. Work Monday through Friday in daytime hours with an option for up to three remote work days per month.
