Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Includes center leadership pathways, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development; 8-child caseload; relocation support; remote-work options up to 3 days/month plus 16 days/year; CEUs and paid time off; extensive benefits and family-support perks; annual compensation up to $127,000 with potential for bonuses and ownership likelihood.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
