Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services as BCBA Clinical Director. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health, provide training and support to staff on clinical methods, monitor patient progress and adjust plans, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Cultivate a culture of teamwork and professional development within the center, with a focus on mentorship of clinicians and supervision of trainees. Manage a manageable caseload (up to 8 children), participate in center leadership tracks, and engage in ongoing training and development. Remote work is available with hybrid scheduling (up to 3 WFH days per month and up to 16 additional WFH days per year), alongside a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, generous time off, and relocation options.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- supervision of RBTs
- ABA therapy experience
- compliance with regulatory requirements
- leadership experience in clinical setting
