Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy. Oversee patient assessments and development of individualized treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support on clinical methods, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure compassionate, comprehensive care and foster teamwork and professional development within the center.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility
- Experience leading ABA therapy teams
- Experience overseeing clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Supervisory experience with RBTs or trainees
- Ability to manage caseloads and ensure regulatory compliance
- Strong communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work in a role with leadership responsibilities
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Ability to develop and implement training for staff
- Knowledge of ABA best practices and clinical guidelines
