Job Summary
Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Ideal candidates must hold a master's degree in a relevant field and have experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The position involves analyzing treatment effectiveness, providing consultation and training, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis principles and credential-specific requirements are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong functional understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Credential-specific requirements (one of the following): Active Behavior Specialist Licensure & Minimum of 2 years post-master’s clinical experience or Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the BACB with Minimum of 1 year professional experience as a BCBA
Desired Qualifications
- Experience addressing maladaptive behaviors in home and school/community environments
- Experience teaching functional communication and social skills
- Ability to train, support, and collaborate with clinical staff and ABA Behavior Technicians
