Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers up to $93/hour with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete. We provide a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and support for obtaining Georgia licensure through our LBA Expansion Program.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
