Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups; conduct FBAs and analyze data; train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students; lead staff trainings and collaborate with families. Requirements include a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA and Missouri LBA in good standing, 1+ year of experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses, and strong communication and data skills. Required Qualifications
