Job Summary

Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community settings, supervised directly by the Executive Director and Clinical Director. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains while providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Applicants must hold a Master's degree and current BCBA certification, demonstrating strong interpersonal, writing, and management skills. Full-time or part-time roles are available in North Carolina with flexible schedules.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
  • Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach

  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Established management skills
  • Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
  • Monday to Friday. Optional Weekends.
