Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism; serve ages 2–18 (mostly under 6); supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs; conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress; collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices; maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines; base salary range $80,000–$100,000; relocation assistance; comprehensive benefits; CEU stipend; strong mentorship and clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
