Job Summary
Adapt For Life seeks a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst responsible for developing and implementing behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, overseeing a manageable caseload, and providing necessary supervision and training for staff. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with at least one year of experience in the field. The position offers dynamic salary opportunities, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and educational assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field
- BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days
- Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires)
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Additional Requirements
