Job Summary
BCBA/LBA (remote, part-time) role focusing on delivering ABA therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and writing reports, developing positive behavior support plans, overseeing treatment plan implementation, training staff to implement strategies and de-escalation techniques, monitoring data, and adjusting programming as needed. Requires Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, LBA certification (preferred), at least one year post-certification experience, experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and Spanish language skills. Location: Remote with work associated to Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related program
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- LBA Certification
- Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Spanish Speaking
