BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Supervising Analyst at Reliatus Behavioral Health in Saint Marys, GA will manage a dedicated caseload and provide essential supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, using ABA techniques such as DTI and NET to advance communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans, overseeing data collection and reporting in Excel, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent care and program implementation. The role combines direct 1:1 intervention with supervisory duties of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases, under the Clinical Director’s guidance; schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a clinic environment. Requirements include active BCBA certification, master’s degree (preferred), proficiency in behavior analytic principles, and the ability to maintain 130 billable hours per month.
