BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Provide ABA program management and clinical oversight for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Deliver initial assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams (Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and community partners) to improve behavioral, social, and communication outcomes. Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources. Maintain high fidelity of treatment implementation, track data, and adjust plans as needed. In-person clinical duties across Gilbert and Tempe clinics with a Monday–Friday schedule; include supervision, documentation, and coordination with clinical leadership.
