Job Summary
BCBA/BCaBA role in Nashville, TN, 100% in-person across home, clinic, and school settings. Design and implement behavioral treatment plans; conduct FBAs, generate data-driven reports, and drive treatment recommendations. Provide 1:1 supervision and caregiver training; oversee proficiency checks and lead clinical trainings. Opportunity to advance from trainee to full BCBA-1 with pay progression after a 90-day onboarding period. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification with a Master's degree or BCaBA certification with a Bachelor's degree from BACB
- Experience/competency in behavior management, instructional design, and organizational leadership
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain active licensure in Tennessee
