Job Summary
BCBA in a hybrid/home-based role leading clinical direction for clients across Montgomery County. Responsible for conducting FBAs and skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, ABLLS-R), designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, monitoring treatment fidelity, and providing supervision and caregiver coaching. Collaborates with families and schools to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, while ensuring adherence to BACB ethical code. Requires active BCBA certification, Maryland licensure, master’s degree, and ability to travel locally; offers up to $120K salary, sign-on bonus, benefits, and flexible scheduling (Full-Time or Part-Time options) within a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active Maryland State License (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass federal and state background checks
- Reliable mode of transportation for travel up to 45 minutes
