Job Summary
As BCBA / Clinic Supervisor at the New Port Richey location, oversee clinical operations and shape the clinic's clinical culture. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, design and monitor behavior intervention plans based on ABA research, ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, and maintain high-quality client outcomes. Supervise a team of behavior technicians, provide hands-on training to staff and caregivers, mentor student analysts, and collaborate with leadership to support ethical, child-centered care in a developmentally rich clinic. This 100% in-person role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and a manageable caseload (up to 10–15 clients with support) within a collaborative, supportive environment. The position requires active BCBA certification and experience working with young children with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly young children
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluations, ABA-based intervention planning, and data-driven intervention
