Job Summary
Supervising Analyst to manage a dedicated caseload and provide essential supervision to RBTs, using ABA techniques (DTI, NET) to advance children’s communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include direct 1:1 intervention and monthly supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases; conduct functional behavioral and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans; data oversight with Excel to track skill acquisition and problem behavior; collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent care and program implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification is strictly required for interview eligibility
- Minimum of 130 billable hours per month
- Clinical: ability to perform functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) and develop individualized behavior plans
- Strong documentation and HIPAA-compliant record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills with clinical leadership, families, and staff
