Job Summary
As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, home-based ABA services to a full caseload of clients in Hickory, NC, including conducting comprehensive initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, planning and coordinating staff to achieve IEP/IFSP objectives, implementing curricula, and maintaining daily progress data. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, provide direct services and parent coaching to ensure generalization of skills, and prepare annual reports evaluating program effectiveness with data-driven recommendations. Requires active BCBA credential and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
