Job Summary
BCBA for a home-based clinic in Northern Delaware who will lead clinical processes from assessment through implementation for children with ASD. You will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals, use data-driven insights to monitor progress, and provide hands-on training and supervision to staff while educating parents for skill generalization at home. Collaboration with interdisciplinary professionals and effective communication with families are essential. Opportunity for part-time scheduling with direct access to leadership in a small, clinician-focused ABA organization. You will manage your own caseload with autonomy within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification from BACB
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting while collaborating with a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
