BCBA role delivering high-quality clinical oversight and supervision from a home office with remote RBT supervision, transitioning to a center-based model in Stockbridge, GA. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, designing programming, mentoring RBTs, supervising remote in-home services, parent training via telehealth, and maintaining clinical documentation and outcomes data. Requires active BCBA or BCBA-D certification and Georgia licensure eligibility; after-hours availability (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM) with future center-based work. Compensation includes base salary of $90k–$100k plus quarterly incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Georgia state licensure (LBA) eligibility
- Experience in ABA assessment and treatment design
- Experience supervising remote or in-home RBT teams is a plus
