Job Summary
Clinical lead BCBA role serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Central Maryland. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop high-quality ABA-based treatment plans, monitor progress with data-driven adjustments, and advocate for clients within schools and community programs. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and medical professionals; provide hands-on training to families and staff on behavioral strategies; ensure documentation meets HIPAA standards; opportunities to engage in complex case management and interdisciplinary advocacy. Must maintain ethical integrity in all interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities; experience in special education settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and ABA methodologies
- HIPAA compliance and ability to maintain client confidentiality
