Job Summary
Supervising Analyst to manage a dedicated caseload and provide essential supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, using ABA techniques such as DTI and NET to advance children’s communication, social, and daily living milestones. Conduct functional behavioral and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans. Oversee data collection and analysis in Microsoft Excel to track skill acquisition and problem behavior, and collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care and program implementation. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in-clinic setting with potential supervision of RBTs and clinical responsibilities. The role requires an active BCBA certification, a master’s degree (preferred), and ability to maintain required billable hours.
