Job Summary
BCBA sought by Reliatus Behavioral Health for Merrillville, IN on a hybrid, clinic-based role overseeing a manageable caseload of children with ASD. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments using VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS, supervise RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity, collaborate with families, teachers, and medical professionals, and maintain data-driven practice with SOAP notes. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required or candidate sitting for the exam within 6 months
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
