Job Summary
BCBA or BCaBA role focused on designing and implementing life-changing behavioral treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing individualized behavior analysis support plans, producing detailed data reports, and driving treatment recommendations. Provides 1:1 supervision and training to therapists and caregivers, conducts caregiver proficiency checks to ensure treatment integrity in home and community, and leads clinical topic trainings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care. Work across clinic, school, and home settings with caseloads clustered by local territories (e.g., Tampa/Wesley Chapel or Lakeland/Riverview) to minimize travel time. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA (Master's degree) or BCaBA (Bachelor's degree) credential from the BACB
- Licensure for the state of Florida
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
