Job Summary
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide high-quality, home-based ABA services to a full caseload in Georgia. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating staff to meet IEP/IFSP objectives, implementing curricula, recording progress data, supervising and training Behavior Technicians, coaching clients and parents for generalization of skills, and preparing annual program reports. Requires active BCBA credential and a Master’s degree; prior experience with developmental disabilities/ABA is expected. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies
