Job Summary
BCBA leading clinical ABA services in a Pediatric clinic/school-based setting. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing plans of care, ensuring fidelity of behavior plan implementation, supervising and mentoring RBTs, providing caregiver education and training, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote real-world skill generalization. Role involves clinical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration within a team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs in a modern pediatric space in Highland, Indiana.
