Job Summary
Lead behavioral assessment and treatment planning using ABA principles; supervise RBTs and staff to ensure ethical delivery of treatment; conduct caregiver training to promote generalization of skills; develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP); collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications; ensure comprehensive clinical documentation and compliance; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive client care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB
- Texas State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) eligibility or active licensure
- Experience in developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
