Job Summary
BCBAs will provide clinical oversight, case management, and remote RBT supervision from a home office for afternoon/evening hours, with a planned transition to a local center. Responsibilities include designing behavior intervention plans, mentoring RBTs, conducting behavioral assessments, ensuring BACB and company standards, and delivering parent training via telehealth while collaborating with centralized teams. The role supports growth through centralized resources, conference attendance, CEUs, and involvement in specialized clinical workgroups; initial setup offers remote oversight before transitioning to on-site center-based work in the North Atlanta area (Alpharetta, Duluth, and surroundings).
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Georgia state licensure (LBA) or eligibility
- Experience in ABA assessment and treatment design
- Supervision experience with remote or in-home RBTs is a plus
