Job Summary
BCBA sought for Reliatus Behavioral Health in Houston, TX to lead center-based ABA services with fidelity and clinical integrity. You will mentor a team of RBTs, partner with families, design and supervise FBAs and evidence-based treatment plans, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The role is 100% in-person with a predictable daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), and includes ongoing mentorship and CE opportunities. Expect a billable workload of 32–35 hours per week supported by scheduling and administrative processes. Responsibilities emphasize mentorship, caregiver training, and driving meaningful client outcomes within a clinical center setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 1+ year of center-based experience preferred; strong assessment and team leadership skills
