Job Summary
BCBA with Master’s degree leads clinical oversight in a center-based/school/home setting in New Augusta/Indianapolis area. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on functional assessments, inputting and analyzing data via Catalyst for data-driven programming, conducting monthly parent training to support the whole-family mission, supervising Behavior Technicians on DTT, leading RBT competency initials and renewals, and facilitating team meetings to foster open communication. The role requires active BCBA certification, experience in clinic/home/school environments, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in clinic, home, or school settings; Catalyst platform experience a plus
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse families and multidisciplinary teams
