BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

BCBA/BCaBA sought to join an owner-led ABA team in Northern Michigan. Lead 1-on-1 behavioral intervention programs in home-based settings, using VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, or AFLS to design and implement FBAs and BIPs, manage data collection and NET, and provide hands-on supervision and mentoring to behavior technicians. Lead family training and collaborate in regional/company-wide meetings, with a maximum caseload of 8 clients and a typical 8am–6pm Monday–Friday schedule, plus occasional client needs. Role emphasizes collaboration, clinical leadership, and community impact in a therapist-led organization offering ownership, profit-sharing, and ongoing professional development. Requirements include active BCBA or BCaBA certification and a master’s degree (for BCBA) or bachelor’s (for BCaBA), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to travel between clients in Northern Michigan.
