Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results. Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress through diligent data collection and analysis. Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent treatment implementation and maintain accurate documentation of all services provided. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- 1 year of experience working as a BCBA
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software
Desired Qualifications
- Pre-Certified BCBAs
- Experience in a clinical/center-based setting
