Job Summary
BCBA responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism, including direct client services, clinical oversight, and supervision of RBTs; collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve behavioral, social, and communication outcomes; will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and coordinate with schools and community providers; requires BCBA certification, Arizona LBA licensure, and 1 year of supervised BCBA experience; in-person role based in Gilbert, AZ with full-time schedule and relocation required.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year BCBA supervision experience
- BACB Supervisor Training (8 hours)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
