Job Summary
Lead BCBA role providing behavioral assessments, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, caregiver training, data-driven modification of ABA programs, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in Goodyear, AZ. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive behavioral and skills-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R), designing and overseeing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using ABA principles, supervising RBTs and staff, training caregivers, analyzing progress data, and ensuring accurate documentation within ethical, clinical, and funding requirements. Requires BCBA certification, AZ LBA eligibility, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience with ASD or developmental disabilities; offers a competitive package with a remote work day per week and integration into a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona State Behavior Analyst License (LBA).
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication abilities.
