Job Summary
BCBA for home-based ABA program in Central/Southern Maryland. Develops and oversees personalized ABA programs, designs BIPs across home, community, and virtual settings, reviews BT data, conducts parent training, and provides on-site supervision to maintain treatment integrity. Role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, and flexibility to supervise in a home-based and remote-friendly environment. Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Maryland State License (LBA) and a valid driver’s license
