Job Summary
BCBA role in Northern Virginia (Herndon) focused on home-based and community/virtual services. Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disorders; conduct functional assessments; create individualized ABA programs for home and community; provide on-site supervision as needed; review data and notes from Behavior Technicians; deliver parent training and collaborate with families and professionals; maintain data-driven intervention adjustments. Requires Master’s degree, BCBA certification, Virginia LBA license, and at least 2 years of BCBA experience. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Virginia state license (LBA)
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred) and data-driven intervention knowledge
