Job Summary
BCBA needed to lead ABA services for individuals with ASD in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), designing and overseeing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP), providing direct supervision and training to RBTs and staff, caregiver training for generalization of skills, data collection and analysis to monitor progress, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Collaboration with multidisciplinary team members (clinical psychologists, speech therapists, etc.) is required. One remote work day per week; role emphasizes clinical leadership and program development within a pediatric/ABA setting.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification issued by BACB
- Arizona State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) eligibility or licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
