Job Summary
BCBA role with Reliatus Behavioral Health in Phoenix, AZ, combining clinical leadership, direct practice, and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning using FBA, VBMAPP, and ABLLS-R; Program Development of ITP/BIP; Supervision and Training of RBTs and staff; Caregiver Training to promote generalization of skills; Data Analysis & Modification of treatment plans; Documentation & Compliance of clinical records; and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive client care.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Arizona State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) must hold or be eligible to obtain
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
