Job Summary
BCBA in our Wichita clinic leads client progress and staff development with a focus on data-driven treatment and family partnership. You will manage a focused caseload, supervise RBTs and student analyst interns toward board certification, conduct initial assessments and re-authorizations, write and update treatment plans, lead parent meetings, and participate in peer reviews to ensure ethical, high-quality care. A structured clinic environment supports mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing licensure/certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Valid Kansas State License (LBA) or eligibility for licensure
- Proficiency in digital data collection platforms and clinical documentation
- Professional competence in clinical excellence, communication, and collaboration
