Job Summary
BCBA responsible for developing individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments, implementing and monitoring evidence-based ABA interventions, using data to drive adjustments, supervising and training RBTs, and collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team. Requires active BCBA credential and a Master’s degree in a related field; minimum of one year experience with individuals with severe behavior challenges. Schedule is Monday–Friday with full-time or part-time opportunities in Fort Wayne or Auburn, IN. PCM training is required. Competitive hourly pay ($35–$45) with PTO, holidays, and professional development opportunities. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, quality programming, and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
